KCS started with concrete in 2006. Since then, we’ve grown our capabilities, expanded our reach and built a team ready to take on increasingly complex work. Today, we’re building on our concrete foundation to serve customers across more phases of construction and development — and across more communities throughout the Southeast.

We plan for safety from the start and stay accountable in the field. If something isn’t safe, we speak up. Every employee has the authority to stop work when they see an unsafe act.

St. Jude Children's Hospital

KCS supports the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway by donating the labor and materials needed to provide complete concrete packages for several homes.

It’s a cause that means even more to our team because one of our own employees was once a St. Jude patient. We’ve seen firsthand the difference St. Jude makes for children and their families, and we’re proud to support their work.

Showing up for our neighbors.

COLUMBIA FAMILY CENTER

KCS works with the Columbia Family Center to find practical ways to support local families when they need it most. Our team helps with Thanksgiving meals, sponsors families for Christmas and lends a hand with efforts like the annual Toy Drive.

KCS leadership also serves on the Family Center’s board, staying personally involved in the organization and its work throughout the community.

Giving kids a place to play.

CASA OF MAURY COUNTY

CASA of Maury County advocates for children who have experienced abuse or neglect and are navigating the juvenile court system. KCS supports their work by donating the materials and labor to build playhouses for the children they serve.

It’s a simple way to give kids a space of their own where they can play, imagine, feel at home and just be kids.
